I ordered a box of organza bags and some paper party bags. Quick delivery but the paper bags had been squashed in transit as they were only sent in a grey postage bag with no protection. I did ring and was sent out some replacements but again were sent out the same way! I haven't bothered ringing again I will just get them elsewhere. Not sure I'll be ordering again though after my first and only experience
