Head boppers were broken due to inadequate packaging, I requested a call from their web page but did not receive one, so I called them, after being on hold for 15 minutes before I could speak to someone, I was in informed a replacement has been sent and a confirmation email? No email and 5 days later still no replacement, absolute rubbish, very poor service
