We ordered items for a hen do weekend and purchased next day delivery. The items did not arrive and we had to purchase elsewhere. The company do not respond to phone calls and it is almost impossible to get any feedback via Facebook or email. They have caused no end of stress and I am still without the £40 they took. I am contacting Trading Standards and raising it as a case with PayPal as basically this is just theft.
