I received fantastic customer service!! I made a mistake on my order because when reading the description it wasn't very clear. I contacted Hen Party Superstore and they agreed and thanked me for bringing it to their attention so they could prevent this from confusing more customers and replaced the small part of my order effected as a gesture of goodwill. They could have left it and pointed out it was my mistake but helped and even went that little further to make sure I was a happy customer :)
