Trying to place the order was confusing. I put in bank details and the site didn't confirm my order was placed and I had no email to confirm. Ended up placing the order twice. However, when I emailed customer services, Lauren couldn't have been more helpful. She cancelled one order and credited my card.
Suggest you make sure it is clear that an order is placed and payment taken to save confusion.
