I really want to say good things about this company, as the hen weekend was fab. The sash's were brilliant however ordering the personalised t shirts online, it didn't separate names if more than one person was the same size. I tried to sort it but it didn't work meaning a delay in the order. I replied to the email highlighting this with the list of names, sizes and who they where. The. names were still wrong. A few of the plastic champagne glasses where broken on arrival and the stickers for the personalised bags where not printed straight. I do have to say thank you though for upgrading my delivery to next day for free after the delay due to the tshirts, however had I have not sent 3 emails during the week and then called, I don't think I would have got a reply from anyone. And the products wouldn't have arrived until the weekend had been and gone. Over all I don't think I would use this company again unless it was for the generic products like sash's and balloon weights. Disappointing but it didn't ruin the amazing weekend we had!
