If I could give more than 5 stars I would... there was a delay in delivery and I realised the delivery wouldn't come in time for my friend's hen in Paris, I rang customer services and Sophie was so helpful, offering to post to the venue, then immediately dispatching a replacement order next day delivery at no extra cost to myself. Fantastic customer service and I will certainly be back!! Thanks so much xx
