I ordered a blow up man for my friend’s hen weekend. When it arrived it seemed exactly as described on the website and I was happy with my purchase. However, about 20 mins after the doll has been inflated it had started to go flat. When I looked closely I noticed there was a tiny puncture in the doll which had caused it to slowly deflate. I was really disappointed because, as the item had arrived only a day before the hen party, I didn’t have time to order another. I emailed the company straight away who responded quickly and asked me to send an image of the faulty product, which I did. The company offered a full refund and the money was paid back into my bank within a few days with no problems. So, although the product I ordered was faulty, the company were quick and efficient when dealing with the problem.
