A truly exceptional service. I needed to order 6 customised t-shirts last-minute for my cousins Hen do, and we needed next day delivery. Despite missing the deadline of 4pm, Sophie and the customisation team, bent over backwards to help. I still don't know how it happened, but in less than 24 hours, my cousin received the t-shirts ready for her Hen weekend. I'm very impressed with both the turnover, but also the general friendliness and willingness to help, from customer service. Thank you so much!
