When I received my parcel, I realised that a couple of items of the 8 I had ordered were missing. (I had ordered 3 packs of hen party cups but only had 1)
I emailed the company straight away and within 10 minutes had a reply from Sophie, apologising for the mistake and telling me they would be sent straight away. 24 hours later they were with me.
Mistakes do happen occasionally and this was put right quickly with no fuss.
The items were really good value too
