I recently ordered some personalised hen party hoodies. Expected delivery date was later than I was anticipating. However, when I called them, the extremely helpful customer service lady went extra mile to discuss with her manager and arranged next day delivery so that I receive the package on the morning of my flight to NYC. We received the package on time and very happy with the quality of the products and the customer service which I have received. I would highly recommend them!
