Ordered a small knob as a sample for a kitchen reno. Unfortunately the item ended up at wrong address. I contacted Hendel on a Sunday to advise via email got a reply first thing Monday and received replacement Tuesday morning great service with no questions asked. I also love the knob. Good quality and design so will be purchasing for the whole kitchen
