This product is delicious breakfast time ll make it up with 200mls of water 2 scoops of Herbalife replacement drink and add in fruit this makes it thicker to drink and keeps you full till lunch then make another for lunch then have an evening meal l would recommend this product to anyone who would like to lose weight or mantain a healthy life style l think this is the best product out there 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
