Only been using for 2 weeks but totally love it !! formula1 shake has been perfect meal replacement sake, very delicious and filling , don’t feel like snacking afterwards at all !* also Been taking the women’s multivitamin together , perfect way of getting in all my nutrients and vitamins , most other supplements don’t go well with me , as I have a very sensitive stomach But not Herbal life , it has been surprisingly Good .
