So I submitted a claim for some Blueberry Fast Version seeds that didn't germinate. Customer service was quick to answer but told me that I needed a bank transfer or bitcoin instead of credit card to pay for shipping. I asked why and they said because I purchased on worldwide site. But that wasn't true. I purchased on USA express site. I submitted proof and they still won't believe me. Herbies won't stand by the seed warranty. What a shame. I have been a loyal customer but doesn't matter with this company. Steer clear if you want a full service company.
