WOW!! Update! 4 days ago I placed our first order. Just received!! Every interaction I have had with Herbie's Customer Service Reps on chats exceeds any CSR encounter I have ever had. Violet even tracked my order for me earlier today (I lost tracking number). The order was actually being delivered by the USPS as we texted! The one seed we opened is beautiful and is already germinating! Perfectly packaged from the outer discreet envelope, to the inner resealable packet, to the individual plastic vial containing the seed. Herbie's needs to give courses on how to properly run a company! 1,000% satisfied.
