Don't use them, use the big companies! Absolutely shocking service, arranged van hire 18 days prior to requiring it, had a booking confirmation and everything, no concerns.
Come the day, struggled to find the place, then when I found it they denied they had a booking and didn't offer any help apart from SORRY!
Won't be giving them a chance again.
