Nice UI/UX, good spread of markets the properties are in. Glad that each offering is Reg A/A+ / CF so non-accredited investors can get in. Glad that buying team had experience from Groundfloor + Divvy. Glad the team did a community round on WeFunder.
Maybe the team could do more outreach to build the brand (fireside chats/twitter spaces themed around real estate/proptech/investing, etc..)
Hope the team considers refinancing if/when rates go down in the future (moot point if debt was short term. Would groundfloor be cheaper capital than who your using currently (?) )
