Unprofessional to deal with. Based on my experience with them, Hexa Flow Agency is a joke. Been offered an e-commerce website design, including logo and a 100% money-back guarantee for £599. I refused to proceed as they were asking for an additional charge of £369 for SEO and copywriting, which were already included initially in the package to begin with. I requested a refund due to poor design, incompetent service, and hidden costs. They are quick to ask for the payment, but really slow like a turtle when I requested a refund. I have given them 7 working days to process the refund, and after 7 days, I have never heard from them. So I disputed the transaction with my card provider and have just seen that they have returned only £180. I will need to follow up with my card provider again regarding the insufficient refund amount. Hexa Flow Agency wasted my time and energy, not to mention calling me out of working hours, which is unacceptable behaviour. Please refund the full amount of £599.
