Just as importantly, you're not dealing with bots or scripted replies. When they say they'll take care of something, they follow through. I was extremely satisfied with my overall experience purchasing from HEX Miners. Initially, I was a bit cautious, knowing how many online scams exist where companies "take the money and run." But I can honestly say HEX Miners treated me with integrity and professionalism. There was a minor issue with the delivery company, but it was quickly resolved after a few emails back and forth with HEX Miners. Thank you for a great experience.
