I was satisfied with the product although my shipping experience could have been better . I ordered my bracelet before Christmas and i received it after Valentine’s Day . I didn’t receive a tracking number until about 2 days before it finally came . For a second i thought i was being scammed. I was told i had to wait 2-3 weeks but really i waited about 6 . But the product is just fine
