I got one item delivered in wrong size and the exchange delivery was also in wrong size. No reaction from customer support. I returnd the exhange delivery with their label and got the arrival confirmation a week ago, but still no reaction or refund. I loved Hey Honey for years, but as they downsized their products (leggings that were L need now be ordered in XL to have the same fit) and the print fades by friction on the inner tights after a short time, it is in gereral very disappointing.
