Great brand as long as everything works out. As soon as you need customer support, the experience becomes a horrible nightmare. You barely get any responses and should expect zero accommodating.
In our case we didn't do anything wrong but got wrong items delivered. We ordered with a discount, which we are losing now when sending items back.
Customer support started ghosting us, even though we tried to be very friendly and kindly asked how we could solve the discount loss problem.
This behaviour is an absolute no go for us and we're not sure if we will order there again.
