We genuinely felt in such safe hands with Heylo, although there was limited communication it reassured us that if there was limited contact there was nothing to worry about. Choosing to go shared ownership was never an option for us until the pandemic hit, and actually we’re so glad we did as we’re now 2 months in our beautiful house. Also a very sweet welcome hamper too was a very personal touch. Thank you Heylo Housing, highly recommend.
