Avoid buying a shared ownership with heylo housing there bandits. My rent has gone up 60 in less than 2 years. You ring them up with a problem they’re not interested in talking to you. They can’t wait to get off the phone to you it’s like your talking to a bunch of wet weekends can’t wait to sell up
