Avoid at all costs, there shared ownership scheme is an absolute scam. You pay rent on the part they own, they charge you a monthly lease management fee (even though we haven't heard from them in the 2 years we've lived here and then when you try to buy more shares they make it as difficult and expensive as possible. Do not get sucked it. Go for a smaller house that you can avoid outright and avoid this scam!
