I recently had the pleasure of working with HFM's customer service team, which actually prompted this review, and I have to say, I was really impressed. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and went all the way to help me with my questions.
What I really liked most about HFM's customer service was their responsiveness. When I had a question or concern, they were quick to respond and always provided helpful answers. They also took the time to walk me through some of the more complex aspects of their services, which was really useful.
