I could not understand how I needed to pass a full verification of my trading account because it seems I provided all the necessary information and documents.
Then I decided to contact the support team and told them about my problem, it turned out that I provided documents with outdated information and I didn’t notice that. Oh my god, I should be more careful next time but the problem was solved.
