I think HFM is a top-tier broekr for many reasons. But one of them is the dedicated client support that is available all the time and in multiple languages.
I contacted their execution desk a couple of times. I needed to solve some slippage issues with my pending orders. in all honesty they were very cooperative and we solved everything in a very friendly manner.
So it’s a good sign of a robust forex broker I think.
