I wanted to withdraw from my account, but Face Scan required option popped up. I did the scan and uploaded, then got the response "Unfortunately, we couldn't verify your identity. If you have any questions, please contact the Company." I already verified my identity at the point of creating my account, and they still went ahead to lock me out of my account without access to my money.
