Since July 17, 2023, I have been attempting to withdraw my money. My deposits are unavailable, and their customer service is inaccessible. I nearly went insane. Requests for withdrawals were made, but they continued to be denied until I was able to inform a coworker, who then sent me to S I M O N C H * C O M, who handled my withdrawal and quickly recovered all of my money.
