After 2 years of normal use (2 adults, 9/11 stone) this mattress has become saggy, especially in the middle and created a ditch.
Results are lower back pain and sweaty nights. As the company was not trading last year we were happy to see someone bought them and they were active again, but have been unsuccessful getting any reply reaching out regarding warranty per email or social media.
Avoid.
