I am one of the tiny number of people who, I found, do not get on with this kind of mattress. I am very light (8 stone) and I have particular health conditions that just aren't compatible with this, sadly. However i would like to thank all at Hugge for being so kind and understanding about fulfilling their money back guarantee. They were as helpful as could be and really made an effort to make sure I did not feel like I had messed them around or been a nuisance. They could not have been nicer about it all. Thank you.
