I’m incredibly pleased I purchased an Hügge! The ordering process was easy and I immediately received a text with a delivery date (for the next day!). The mattress arrived rolled up and in a bag with carry handles. Although it was heavy, not a surprise for a King Size mattress, it wasn’t difficult for two people to manoeuvre. The mattress was unrolled and puffed up quickly. It did have a chemically smell, but leaving it to air with the windows open sorted that in about 24 hours. The mattress is incredibly comfortable, a pleasure to sleep in and a chore to leave in the mornings. I would (& have) thoroughly recommend this mattress.
