My property was in 1981 and micro bore piping was used for the central heating system.
Since 1991 the central heating system was covered by British Gas Homecare. British Gas have never advised me to get the central heating system power flushed.
It was only when I was getting a boiler installed that British Gas amongst others advised to get the central heating sytem power flushed.
The difference in price did vary. I noticed HH power flush only conducted power flushing which appealed to me and I therefore asked quote.
