My friends and I have been using highsupplies.com since 2014 with around 20 separate orders totaling around 250 seeds. All deliveries received by the specified date or earlier. In six years three seeds failed to germinate, we didn't ask for a refund as this is quite reasonable, although other customers I know have received replacements after filling out a questionnaire. All orders were complete, well protected, and discreet. Once they even over delivered, sending out the same order twice, my friend checked and they only charged her once.
