Been waiting and waiting and waiting. Had to reorder from a state-side company (which I received 5 days later btw). Had multiple interactions with their customer service with the same answer - Just wait, Covid-19 is making it take longer. Welp, nothing and no help from customer service. Just sent me back to their website and told me to read the terms and conditions. Guess I just lost $100. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY LIKE I DID.
