I placed an order on 8/24/2020, within an hour (even though this was very late at night) I got an email saying my order had been shipped. The date is now 10/21/20. I have reached out to customer service twice now, which has been ZERO help. When I first messaged them (at 30 days) they told me to wait till 35 days had passed to message them again about my order. Stating that it takes 35 days to ship to the US. I waited multiple WEEKS, messaged back and then was given another excuse saying “oh you didn’t chose track and trace, so it will take longer”. This is completely different from the first answer they gave me and at this point I’m having to call my bank and dispute the charge. DO NOT ORDER THROUGH THIS WEBSITE.
