Having filled two Hippo Waste bags I needed to arrange collection. A simple log into their website and a couple of questions to answer. Three days later their driver turns up, photographs the bags, lifts them onto the lorry, photographs where they had been, asked for a signature and away he went. All very efficient and friendly.
