Booked and paid a refundable deposit should Covid 19 force lockdown measures. Got to 4 weeks out from event and advised company I would be affected by lockdown and could no longer attend. Company then flatly refused to return my deposit stating ‘my travel concerns’ were none of their business. Terrible, smarmy communication with no consideration to customer service or doing the right thing. Do not recommend under any circumstance.
