The app did not work at all . Despite many interactions they kept saying to use bug fixes . After 2 days they would not refund my money as they said I got a premium package. Literally threw my $ in the garbage. Awful company. I found another way to protect my kids using solution team . JOSE team gave me access to my target phone with just the target phone number only without me touching my kids phone.
