I recommend giving this business a wide berth. The 'personalisation' is just a printed sticker and the customer service is non existent. They printed the same thing twice on mine. I had the misfortune of dealing with the worst customer service person ever - Yvette, the so-called Senior Team Leader. I SPENT £118 and now have to claim my money back through PayPal as the goods are UNFIT FOR PURPOSE. They really are not interested in customer satisfaction but only in taking money for low quality sub-standard product.
