Ordered a newspaper for a birthday we had left it late so ordered with expedited shipping, the order was placed at 10:30am so we expected it to be dispatched the same day as stated on the website. We received the dispatch email the next morning so we called to find out why it wasn’t dispatched the day before the customer service women was rude and she lied about where the parcel was at that point. Due to them not dispatching till the Friday we didn’t receive the gift until Monday despite having paid extra. The newspaper when it did arrive was in quiet bad condition and had a lot of sellotape holding it together. All in it was a bad experience and disgraceful customer service, I understand that times are tough but there website needs to be updated to state delays and not just on the tracking page because by the time you have tracking information it’s to late.
