The ordering process was simple and clear.. however I paid additional for a black cover but was only sent brown. I got in touch with the customer service team who were quick to respond and helpful and I received a refund of the difference between the two covers. I've rated 3 stars because of the lack of attention to ensure the correct product was sent however this score would have been lower if it wasn't for the customer service received
