Having rejected requests to review several times, they just don’t give up! It Wasn’t great service anyway - the assistant couldn’t be bothered to check what was included. She preferred instead to say if it doesn’t have the supplements, I can ring them, get a return code, take to post office, wait for refund .... I got the paper and it included the supplement (contrary to order confirmation). I’m fed up with being pestered for reviews! A phone call could be made to despatch team to check, prior to posting. As your reply states, you are clearly too busy to waste your time, instead preferring to expend my time. I bet you have a sign up somewhere on your premises, promising Customer Service! It's £10 for a recent newspaper, you can do better. Nevertheless, I appreciate getting the newspaper soon after, in good condition. Thank you.
