I never normally write reviews but the service I received from this company was so poor I feel it is worth mentioning to help others avoid suffering the same. I ordered a historical newspaper for my Uncle's 90th birthday on 6th November 2019. It didn't arrive on time for his birthday 11 days later. In fact, I was actually sent out someone else's order. On the 22nd November I contacted the company via email & they apologised, asked me to send the wrong order back to them and they would send my actual order out to me asap. As I still had not received my order by the 16th December I sent them an email asking if I would be likely to receive it by Xmas. There was no response. So I sent another email on the 20th December asking the same thing. There was no response again. I then called the company on the 31st December and was told that there was apparently an issue with obtaining the frames for the newspapers and that they should probably give me a refund as they had no idea when or if ever these would be received. Not the greatest service I've ever had... I strongly recommend that this company be avoided or you will most likely end up just as disappointed as I was.
