I deeply regret having relied on this company to deliver a newspaper picture book for my father's 80th birthday (in the UK), while I am living abroad. Not only did they deliver front page extracts from the wrong date(!), upon reporting the complaint I was met with a highly bureaucratic and callous reply offering a standard refund without any attempt to send a gift in its stead within the short space of time available.
