Easy to order and personalise, but there was no confirmation email sent which made me doubt whether order had been recived. Fortunately, I had used Paypal so the transaction was recorded. Equally, there was no communication to advise of delivery time/date so I had no idea when my item would arrive. The product itself is just what I wanted, and worth the price (I took advantage of 25% off) for an alternative birthday gift.
