The online order form was easy to use. I was so pleased, it arrived within a few days ready for me to give to my football crazy son as a birthday gift. It was in a box, looked great in its red cover. The name of my son printed on the front cover in gold colour, plus his name and a message I had written printed inside on the first page. He is very pleased with it and the info inside. An excellent personalised gift to give. Thank you
