The company themselves provided an excellent service and the year book was good and much appreciated by the recipient on his 80th birthday. Unfortunately the parcel company they used let them down. Despite paying for priority delivery as it was a bit of a last minute idea, it actually took 3 days and 4 phone calls to get it the few miles down the road from their depot to our address. Historic newspapers have though promised a refund of this extra cost which is good and they did respond very quickly.
